Shipping Policy

Important: We do not ship retail within the Townsville area. Please consider supporting our local suppliers and wholesalers directly.

All orders are processed within Monday to Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that orders may take time to be processed in addition to estimated delivery shown at checkout. Additionally, there may be potential delays if there are an unanticipated high volume of orders or issues with the postal service which are outside of our control.

We offer domestic shipping within Australia. We do not provide international shipping. We also do not offer delivery or pickup options.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that we do not service the Townsville area for retail purchases (excluding wholesalers), which may include any of the following postcodes: 4812, 4810, 4813, 4818, 4814, 4817, 4811, 4815.

If an order is made with a shipping address within the Townsville area the order may, at our discretion, not be sent. In this case a full refund will be given for the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
